Ralph is an All-Star HHA and has been with CCH for 5 years. He takes his role seriously and his clients are so happy with the personalized service he provides. He is always willing to cover additional clients and drive outside of his usual route. Ralph is also committed to the company's growth and sends in CCH client referrals at least 3 to 5 times a month.
Nikki joined our team in September 2025 and was trained as our new Billing Specialist. In less than six months, she has not only mastered the responsibilities of her role, but has gone above and beyond by developing new billing procedures and maintainting the daily A/R tracker to reconcile deposits against billings. Nikki also proactively identified and resolved a billing issue when MassHealth required a new PID number for the GAFC program. She contacted MassHealth directly, obtained the correct billing code, and successfully resubmitted the claims for processing.In addition to her billing expertise, Nikki has contributed to graphic design projects using her design background and plays a vital role on our Administrative team. Her initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever needed make her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Banger always contacts me if he has any questions or concerns, and he gets back to me quickly when it's a client issue. Banger tries to cover any client in his area when I ask him to, and often makes himself available. I have never had any complaints from clients about Banger's performance, he is a good, reliable and responsible worker.

Sonia is always willing to cover for clients even on the same day, if given notice early enough. She rarely says no. She alerts her supervisor immediately of any issues involving a client and [takes great pride in her work. She has worked for CCH for many years in the New Bedford area and we have never received any complaints. Sonia provides timely notice of her own time off and works with other HHAs to cover her clients. Thank you for your flexibility and willingness to always help out Sonia!
