Ralph is an All-Star HHA and has been with CCH for 5 years. He takes his role seriously and his clients are so happy with the personalized service he provides. He is always willing to cover additional clients and drive outside of his usual route. Ralph is also committed to the company's growth and sends in CCH client referrals at least 3 to 5 times a month.
Nikki joined our team in September 2025 and was trained as our new Billing Specialist. In less than six months, she has not only mastered the responsibilities of her role, but has gone above and beyond by developing new billing procedures and maintainting the daily A/R tracker to reconcile deposits against billings. Nikki also proactively identified and resolved a billing issue when MassHealth required a new PID number for the GAFC program. She contacted MassHealth directly, obtained the correct billing code, and successfully resubmitted the claims for processing.In addition to her billing expertise, Nikki has contributed to graphic design projects using her design background and plays a vital role on our Administrative team. Her initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever needed make her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Banger always contacts me if he has any questions or concerns, and he gets back to me quickly when it's a client issue. Banger tries to cover any client in his area when I ask him to, and often makes himself available. I have never had any complaints from clients about Banger's performance, he is a good, reliable and responsible worker.
We’re proud to recognize Joe Rogier as our April Employee of the Month. Joe consistently demonstrates what it means to be a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager. His strong work ethic, reliability, and timeliness ensure that his clients always receive the highest level of support and attention. Joe goes above and beyond not only for his clients, but for his team as well. During a time of increased need, he stepped up without hesitation, taking on over 60 additional clients in the past three months alone. His willingness to help wherever needed and his genuine care for those he serves truly sets him apart. Sonia is always willing to cover for clients even on the same day, if given notice early enough. She rarely says no. She alerts her supervisor immediately of any issues involving a client and [takes great pride in her work. She has worked for CCH for many years in the New Bedford area and we have never received any complaints. Sonia provides timely notice of her own time off and works with other HHAs to cover her clients. Thank you for your flexibility and willingness to always help out Sonia!
Lucy Perez has been with CCH for five years and has proven to be an exemplary, dedicated, and responsible employee. She is always willing to cover additional clients if they are in her area. She communicates excellently and immediately reports any issues that arise with a client; we greatly appreciate her effort and patience. She is highly dedicated to her work and the training sessions frequently provided by the state, always making sure to complete them within the required timeframe.
When we think of Yarelis, one word comes to mind: dedication. Nearly a year and a half ago, she drove over an hour and a half to train with us and arrived determined to learn despite dealing with unexpected car troubles. Rather than letting the situation dampen her spirits, she spent the day getting to know a group of strangers who, by the end of the day, felt like longtime colleagues thanks to her infectious positivity, genuine personality, and ability to connect with those around her. Since then, she has continued to bring that same energy and commitment to her patients and coworkers every day. Yarelis gives her all to everything she does, and her kindness, reliability, and heart make her an invaluable member of the CCH family. We are proud to recognize Yarelis as our Employee of the Month for July! Yarelis said in response: "Between work and my mother's health, it's been a struggle. I haven't had many jobs because I really don't like bouncing around. One thing I've always done is give my best and work hard. The difficult part is that no one has ever acknowledged it. We are pleased to announce that Leidy Barros has been nominated as our Employee of the Month for September by Damarys Pagan! Damarys shared the following about Leidy: “Leidy always does everything she can to fulfill her responsibilities and support both our clients and the team. Even when she has a medical appointment, she makes every effort to make sure her clients are taken care of. She will see half of her clients in the morning before her appointment and then see the rest in the afternoon. Last week, Leidy also had a family emergency, but she did not let that stop her from being there for her clients. Human Resources is one of the most demanding roles in our company, requiring Michelle to balance the personal and professional needs of our staff. Recruiting and retaining home health aides is particularly challenging today due to increased competition and workforce shortages. Despite these challenges, Michelle remains creative and resourceful, developing innovative strategies to strengthen recruitment and employee retention.
