As part of our commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care, I complete supervisory visits with our Home Health Aides (HHA) every 90 days. These visits give us time to check in, make sure program standards are being met, offer support, and most importantly, recognize the incredible work our aides do every single day.
I’m continually impressed by the professionalism, reliability, and genuine compassion our HHAs bring into their clients’ homes. Our aides complete ongoing training to stay up to date with the skills, methods, and best practices needed to support the individuals we serve. This ensures they feel confident in their roles and are always prepared to provide safe, thoughtful, and effective care.
What truly stands out is how intentional our aides are about building personalized routines with each client. They work closely with members to create custom schedules that fit their daily lives, preferences, and needs. Whether that means assisting with cleaning, laundry, or creating personalized grocery shopping lists, our HHAs focus on care that is practical, respectful, and tailored to each individual.
Beyond the tasks themselves, our aides take the time to build meaningful relationships with their clients and families. They approach their work with patience, kindness, and respect, helping members maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. The trust and connections they build speak volumes about the quality of care they provide.
I am incredibly proud of our Home Health Aides and deeply grateful for the heart, effort, and consistency they bring to our Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program. Their work truly makes a difference, and it does not go unnoticed.
